I was born and raised in Grays Harbor County. I graduated high school and attended GHC. I moved to Pullman to work on my bachelors degree. (I am a big cougar fan!) After graduating from WSU, I got married, and moved to Huntington Beach, California. We lived there for a year while my husband started Law School. I was accepted to Eastern Washington University's School Counseling program in the spring of 2000. We moved back up to Washington (the best state!) so I could work on finishing my education. My husband attended Gonzaga Law School. While working toward our professional goals, we knew that we wanted to move back to this area. We love the communities and their small town atmosphere.
I have a wide range of employment experience. While attending WSU, I often volunteered to work with professors who were conducting research. One my favorite experiences was participating in my internship at Shadle Park High School in Spokane, Washington. That is, until I began working at Aberdeen High School. Cougar Football Spending time with friends and family
