How to join:   1.  complete doctors physical or attend a sports physical exam (see AHS website for dates)
                                
                          2. pick up the athletic waiver & contract forms from AHS Office

   Team Suits:  Team suits are ordered on the first day of practice.  Sample sizing suits will be available to try on.  Cost is approximately $65; fundraising is available. 

  Criteria to Letter:  Varsity letter awards are given to swimmers qualifying for districts.  Swimmers will also meet the following:
    * Positive attitude at practice and meets
    * Be punctual
    * Maximum of one unexcused absence - the following are excused with a note (illness/absence from school, Doctor or Dentist appointment, any conflict with another school activity)
    * Follow through with commitment to the team and attend every meet qualified for.  In lieu of achieving district qualification, a senior who has been a team member for four years meeting the above requirements may letter.
